Since he was a 7-year-old child watching the movie Top Gun, Christopher fell in love with the military path inside the Venezuelan Air Force serving his country while at the same time, he was learning ground school. After 3 1/2 years, he decided to be discharged under honorable general conditions. Then, immediately after leaving the Air Force School, he started private pilot ground school at Azul (a flight school in Venezuela) and also finished his electrical engineering college degree before moving to the U.S. as a refugee under political asylum where he officially started his professional journey of becoming an American commercial pilot.

Christopher is an electrical engineer. He graduated from Rafael Urdaneta University located in Maracaibo City, Zulia, Venezuela. He was part of the first online course program during the COVID-19 pandemic in April 2020. At Epic he has earned his PPL, IR, CSEL, and CMEL and is working toward his CFI, CFII, and MEI.

He is passionate about aviation and supports other flight students on their aviation journey in his role as Librarian.
