We appreciate our Epic family and try hard to take good care of them. Richard Branson is right. Our employees do a great job taking care of Epic – our students, our fleet and equipment, our campus, and our reputation. Therefore, we want to take good care of them, too. This page provides web links to the most frequently requested information about employee benefits and resources.
Payroll – This link takes you to our payroll site so you can view your paystub, deductions, etc.
Time Off – Request time off, plan your vacation, review benefits and company policies.
Retirement – If you participate in our 401(k) retirement plan, this link lets you log into your retirement account to see your balance, etc. Did you know that Epic contributes up to 3% of your salary in a company match? If you have specific questions about your plan, contact Christopher R. Kuchmek, financial advisor. If you need to set up your account, follow these guidelines.
Insurance – Log into your UnitedHealthcare account to see a personalized view of your health, dental, and vision benefits. If you have benefit questions, issues, and claims, you can contact Angie Harrell. Your member advocate strategist is Rita Floyd.
Supplemental – Questions about your supplemental life, disability, etc.? View your Colonial Life account to stay up to date. For general inquiries, you can contact Pam Woodsome, Agency Development Manager.
