Room for rent for part 147 students only please.

Spacious 280 sq ft room with arched ceilings and private bathroom (32”x32” stand up shower) sink and toilet. Bedroom has desk for studying, queen sized pillow top mattress! Will be adding mini fridge for convenience and an area for clothes storage. Room has a closet but currently in use by home owner but will provide a space for your things. Access to kitchen, living room and laundry on site. Back porch with sectional, fire pit and occasional corn hole! Located in oak hill roughly 20 minutes from Epic, can offer transportation if need be. We do have 2 small dogs, a cat and a two yr old kid. We’re quiet and respectful, you please be as well. Rent would be $800 a month, would prefer $800 for 1st, $800 for last and $400 security ($2000 to move in, $400 security deposit refundable upon moving out if no damage occurs. Can be discussed if not feasible.)
