Epic broke ground on the 32,290 sq. ft. building in April 2023 and completed it in April 2024. The building consists of approximately 15,336 square feet of hangar/training area and 16,954 square feet of classrooms and finished office space. There are 10 classrooms, a library, break rooms, cafeteria, and 6 private offices. There is parking for 278 vehicles for students and staff. The hangar has direct access to CVG taxiways for easy aircraft access directly to the airport.

Erlanger, Kentucky is located approximately 10 miles southwest of Cincinnati, Ohio. About Your Training at Epic

What does a potential student need to know about an aircraft mechanic education? Basic requirements and details about the program, which takes 19 months to complete, are the same as our FAA Part 147 program at our New Smyrna Beach campus. Tuition includes tools and books, and the majority of the training is hands-on. Becoming an aviation maintenance technician is within your reach! You can prequalify in minutes. Classes are held Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

What is the cost for training?

The cost for tuition is $45,000 ($9,000 per course), which includes books, materials, tool set and tool box, and 3 FAA written exams. There is a $145 application fee once you are approved. Upon completion of the program, there is an FAA oral exam and an FAA practical exam. These cost a total of $1,850. Above all, we disclose all costs upfront so you can plan accordingly. Total cost is: $46,995.
