• Must be a resident of Florida
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Must be currently attending High School in Florida
• Must have the ability to utilize the scholarship by December 31st, 2019
• Must be turning 17 years of age or older on or before June 1st, 2019
• Must have have parent or guardian approval if under 18 years of age
• Must have consistent, reliable transportation
• Must be able to present a Third Class Medical

Letters of Recommendation

Upload two Letters of Recommendation. At least one must be from a high school teacher, counselor, coach, or other school official. Both Letters of Recommendation may be from teachers, counselors, coaches, or other school officials if you wish to do so. Letters of Recommendation must not be from anyone related to you, including a guardian. Letters of Recommendation should be from people who have been in a supervisory role to you, or another adult.
