INTERNATIONAL EXIT PROCEDURES: Thank you for choosing Epic Flight Academy as your international flight school. Upon completion of your training at Epic you will need to total ALL hours conducted at Epic and submit your logbook to Student Records for verification. Please be sure to have your logbook in pen and make sure it is correct ( by your pilot log on eta ).This will start the process of having your logbook stamped as well as having your certificates and hour letters created and signed by the Chief Flight Instructor.

As a reminder this process can take up to 90 business days from the time you complete this form and submit your log books to student records. During this time we will also audit your account and any remaining funds will be returned to the account you specify in this form. A wire fee will be charged in the amount of $35.
