Pilot Shop Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with an item, we want to quickly correct the problem! We will gladly replace or exchange the item, or refund the amount you paid. You must return items that are unsatisfactory within 30 days from the date you placed the order. The items must be unused and in original condition.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for your refund to appear onto your original form of payment.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items after 30 days from the date you placed the order.
If you need to return an item, please contact us. We will respond quickly with instruction for how to return items from your order. When reaching out, please be ready to supply the following information:

- Your name
- Your address
- Your phone number
- Your email
- Product names and item numbers as they appear on your packing list
