Reserve Your Field Trip to Epic Flight Academy: A Unique Educational Experience

I am authorized to submit this request on behalf of my school, organization, or group and to coordinate this visit for the students in my care.

I understand that Epic Flight Academy campuses are active aviation and technical training facilities. For everyone's safety, all participants must follow the instructions of Epic staff at all times and remain with their group unless directed otherwise.

I will ensure that all students and chaperones wear closed-toe, closed-heel shoes (such as sneakers or athletic shoes). Flip-flops, sandals, Crocs, slides, and other open-toe or loose-fitting footwear are not permitted.

I understand that I am responsible for obtaining any permissions or releases required by my school or organization before participating in the visit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with participating in this visit and, on behalf of my organization, release and hold harmless Epic Flight Academy, its affiliated entities, officers, directors, employees, instructors, volunteers, landlords, and facility partners from claims arising out of participation in the visit, except to the extent caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct.
