    • PIC Time: 500+ hours (SHGM) or 1,000–1,500+ hours (EASA/FAA/ICAO) as Captain on A320
    • Medical: Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
    • English: Minimum ICAO Level 4
    • Experience: Current on A320 family within the last 12 months (minimum 250 hours PIC).
  • Cadets must be Turkish citizens with a bachelor’s degree, be minimum age of 21, and pass specific health/background checks:
    • Citizenship: Turkish Republic citizen
    • Age: At least 21 years of age (depending on the specific program cohort)
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree from a formal university
    • English: IELTS (General or Academic) 6+ overall (6.5 in Speaking/Listening) or equivalent TOEFL IBT
    • Health & Physical: Valid Class-1 Medical Certificate, height between 160cm-195cm, and fit to Pegasus BMI standards
    • Background: No military obligation for at least 2–3 years, no criminal record, and no prior pilot training (PPL, CPL, etc.)

Pilot Salary and Benefits:

  • Captain Salary (Net):
    • Entry Captain: €10,000 – €14,000 per month
    • Senior Captain: €13,000 – €18,000 per month (high season)
