Wingman Pipeline Program

Student pilots in the Wingman Pipeline Program receive the following benefits from GoJet Airlines:

  • $10,000 tuition reimbursement paid out over 1 year upon successful completion of First Officer Training Program
  • $2,500 for pilot referrals, paid out upon successful completion of First Officer Training Program
  • Mentorship from GoJet Airlines pilots
  • Limited travel benefits
  • Two-day trip to corporate headquarters in St. Louis, including attendance of a new hire class; interactions with current and training pilots; and flying the full-motion CRJ simulator
  • Access to First Officer training materials prior to attending new hire class
  • Become GoJet First Officer upon successful completion of ATP minimums

Wingman Pipeline Qualifications:

  • Currently attending at a GoJet approved flight school
  • FAA Private Pilot’s license and Instrument rating
  • Current FAA first class medical certificate
  • Ability to legally work in the United States
  • Current passport

First Officer Hiring Requirements

  • FAA commercial pilot’s license with multi-engine and instrument ratings
  • 50 hours of multi-engine fixed-wing flight time (may be reduced to 25)
  • 200 hours cross-country flight time
  • 250 hours fixed-wing PIC
  • 100 hours of cross-country as PIC
  • 100 hours of night flying
  • 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated – 50 hours must be in airplanes)
  • 25 hours of night PIC
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and finish ATP written prior to start of New Hire Training
  • Total flight time minimums:
    • 1,500 hours
    • 1,250 hours – with qualifying 2- or 4-year aviation university program with 30 aviation hours
    • 1,000 hours – with qualifying 2- or 4-year aviation university program with 60 aviation hours
    • 750 hours – military flight training graduates

Additionally, candidates must have the following qualifications:

  • Current FAA first class medical certificate
  • Current passport
  • IFR Currency
  • FCC Radio Operator’s Permit
  • Ability to legally work in the United States
  • Ability to travel in and out of the United States

Pay Breakdown

First Officer Year One: $37.89 per flight hour (minimum of 75 hours per month)

First Officer Signing Bonus: $51,000 (paid out over 3 years)

Pilot Referral Bonuses: $10,000 (per successful referral)

Atlas Guaranteed Interview Program

GoJet Airlines pilots in the Atlas Guaranteed Interview Program are guaranteed an interview with Atlas Air.

Atlas Guaranteed Interview Program Qualifications:

  • After IOE, first officers must actively fly for a minimum of two years with GoJet Airlines; those with military experience must actively fly for a minimum of one year with GoJet Airlines
  • Pilots that upgrade to Captain must actively fly for a minimum of one year with GoJet Airlines, following the upgrade

GoJet to Spirit Pilot Pathway Program

GoJet Airlines pilots in the GoJet to Spirit Pilot Pathway Program are guaranteed an interview with Atlas Air.

GoJet to Spirit Pilot Pathway Program Qualifications:

  • After IOE, first officers must actively fly for a minimum of two years with GoJet Airlines
  • Pilots that upgrade to Captain must actively fly for a minimum of one year with GoJet Airlines, following the upgrade
