Fast Track Professional Pilot Program
Epic Flight Academy’s Fast Track Professional Pilot Program is designed for highly motivated individuals who want to move rapidly from zero flight experience to a professional commercial pilot certificate.
With nearly 30 years of flight training expertise, Epic has developed a highly structured, immersive training environment where students progress through Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, Commercial Single-Engine, and Commercial Multi-Engine certifications in approximately six months. Students can train at various campuses.
This program is built for individuals who are serious about aviation and ready to commit fully to the process.
Students train continuously in:
- Aircraft flight training
- Advanced simulator training
- Ground school and academic study
- Cross-country flight operations
- Professional-level flight procedures
Training is intensive, structured, and performance-driven, allowing motivated students to progress rapidly through each phase of certification while maintaining the highest safety and training standards.
Program Commitment
Epic designed the Accelerated Program for individuals who can commit to an intense training schedule.
Program at-a-glance:
- Train 7 days per week.
- Dedicate 12–14 hours per day to flight training, simulator work, and study.
- Maintain discipline, focus, and strong time management.
- Progress through multiple FAA certifications in a condensed timeframe.
We did not design this program for casual training, but for highly motivated individuals with the determination to reach their aviation goals as quickly as possible.
Certifications Earned
Upon completion of the six-month Accelerated Program, graduates will earn:
- Private Pilot (PPL)
- Instrument Rating (IR)
- Commercial Single-Engine (CSEL)
- Commercial Multi-Engine (CMEL)
Graduates leave Epic fully prepared to begin building flight experience toward an airline or professional aviation career.

Program and Special Savings Overview
Eligible students who fulfill the requirements outlined in the Program Parameters below will participate in the Epic Fast Track Program.
This accelerated program is designed for highly motivated students who are committed to an accelerated training schedule and wish to complete their Private Pilot License (PPL), Instrument Rating (IR), Commercial Single-Engine Pilot License (CSEL), and Commercial Multi-Engine Add-On License (CMEL) within six months.
Students who successfully complete each rating will receive the following incentives:
- $1,500 discount upon completion of PPL
- $1,500 discount upon completion of IR
- $1,500 discount upon completion of CSEL
- $500 discount upon completion of CMEL add-on
Total potential program savings: $5,000
All students must meet Epic Flight Academy’s standard admission requirements.
Program Parameters
Eligible students must:
- Be at least 18 years old at the start of the program.
- Be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
- Provide valid identification:
- Valid, unexpired U.S. Passport, or
- Original or certified copy of a U.S. Birth Certificate
- Demonstrate English language proficiency as required by the FAA.
- Discuss the rigors of the program with Epic’s Admission team to understand the commitment required.
Program Pace & Commitment Requirements
The Epic Fast Track Program is an accelerated training program requiring a significant time commitment and consistent progress.
Students must be available for training up to 7 days per week and up to 14 hours per day. Epic Flight Academy will schedule one day off per week, determined by Epic based on training needs.
Students must maintain the pace required to complete the program within the accelerated timeline.
If a student falls behind program pace:
- The student will receive a notice of insufficient progress.
- The student will be given two (2) weeks to demonstrate improvement and return to the required pace.
- If adequate progress is not shown, the student will receive a final warning.
- If progress does not improve within one additional week, the student will be removed from the Fast Track Program.
Students removed from the Fast Track Program may continue training under either Full-Time or Flex training schedules, but Fast Track discounts will no longer apply.
Additional Terms
The current special savings of $5,000 has no monetary value and is applicable for the class start date and location listed above only.
This special is non-refundable. It cannot be combined with any other offer. If the student leaves prior to completing the entire program, tuition payments for any courses already completed will become due and payable, and normal Epic refund policy will apply.
