William Nickerson’s fascination of aviation started at Mainland High School in A.F.J.R.O.T.C., on multiple field trips, and watching airshows at Embry-Riddle. In 2007, he attended A.I.M. in Georgia and acquired his A&P license with an additional F.C.C. Element 1 for Avionics. He got hired at Expressjet Airlines in Louisiana & Tennessee worked heavy maintenance for 12 years, WestStar Aviation corporate jet GA in TN for over a year and Aircraft Technicians Inc TN in 2024-25 Line Technician for the entire airport. He moved back to FL and acquired a position with Epic Flight Academy in New Smyrna.
