Bill Kornblum has certainly crafted a rich and fulfilling life, marked by a deep passion for aviation and an equally vibrant personal journey. His impressive career, which began as an aircraft mechanic in 1987, saw him steadily rise through almost every maintenance role imaginable, from technician to Lead, Supervisor, Production Manager, and even Manager and Controller of Aircraft Maintenance. This dedication was perhaps honed during his proud service in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1990 to 1994, a period that undoubtedly shaped his disciplined approach. A college graduate, Bill further solidified his expertise with a degree in Aviation Administration from Northern Kentucky University. Beyond the hangars and runways, he cherishes a wonderful family life, celebrating 28 years of marriage, raising four adult children, and now delighting in the joy of four grandchildren. When he’s not immersed in family or aviation, you might find Bill expressing his creative side as a drummer, or simply enjoying the open road and water through traveling, camping, and boating.
