Born and raised in Ormond Beach, Florida, Tyler brings a rich and varied background to his aviation career. After exploring multiple career paths, he discovered his true passion in aviation as an adult. Tyler completed all of his flight training at Epic Flight Academy in New Smyrna Beach, where he also took his very first flight. With each milestone he achieved, his enthusiasm for aviation only grew stronger.
Tyler is deeply committed to teaching and finds great fulfillment in helping students become the best version of themselves, both in and out of the cockpit. His approachable style and dedication to student success make him a valued instructor at our flight school.
Outside of aviation, Tyler enjoys restoring classic muscle cars and diving into the automotive world. He also cherishes spending time with friends and family, always seeking out new experiences and adventures.
