Pete Guillory began his aviation career at 17, volunteering at a local air museum in Southwestern Louisiana. He earned his A&P license in 2001 and initially worked on aerobatic aircraft, including Pitts S1/S2, Decathlons, and Extra 300s, before shifting focus to turboprops like the Cessna Grand Caravan and Twin Otter. Following the events of 9/11, he returned to his alma mater to teach at the A&P school. His diverse experience spans maintenance and weighing of commercial aircraft such as 787s, 757/767s, A300/310s, MD-10/11s, and 737s, as well as general aviation repairs and inspections. He also specializes in maintaining CB Grand Caravans, including those with amphibious floats. Pete remains committed to mentoring the next generation of aircraft maintenance technicians.
