Lynette has over 25 years experience in the world of corporate aviation maintenance. She is a certified A&P mechanic with an IA. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Thomas Moore College. Lynette also served as an experienced regulatory compliance manager for many maintenance facilities within corporate aviation. She instituted the research and development of RSP implementation in creating a FAA Certified Repair Station. She has a multitude of talents surrounding her aviation career including Chief Inspector, QMS Inspector and Maintenance Control Supervisor.
