Kerrilyn who goes by “Kerri” was born and raised in New York. She received a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Widener University in 2017 and worked as an emergency room nurse for nearly 7 years, including 2 years as a travel nurse.
After experiencing burnout from such a challenging role in healthcare, she decided it was a good time to pursue her interest in aviation. After completing a travel nurse assignment in California, she moved across the country to start her training at Epic Flight Academy in New Smyrna Beach, where she completed all of her aviation training.
Outside of work, she has many hobbies, including traveling, baking, photography, and spending time outdoors. She is excited to share her love of aviation by teaching new pilots at Epic.
