Jarod Bachman, is a native Floridian, born and raised in Wellington, Florida. He is a first-generation pilot, who found aviation almost entirely by accident. After having flown once, Jarod found himself determined to become a private pilot. Soon after, he set his sights on conquering the Piper Archer, then the C150, and eventually flying the iconic 172. Being a pilot has opened his eyes to the beautiful world of aviation. With some inspiration from his close friends, Jarod sought out Epic Flight Academy to continue his pilot career with the Instrument Rating all the way up to CFII. At Epic Flight Academy, Jarod found that the quality of flight training and its instructors are unparalleled. Through the CFI and CFII training, Jarod realized how great of a culture and environment Epic radiates throughout its campus. In his off time, Jarod appreciates cooking, sports, video games, the beach and has recently found an interest in 3D printing.
