Carmela Gingo studied Computer Technology at the University of Southeastern Philippines in 2006 and started working at a BPO in 2009. She had worked in the Internet Marketing industry for 10 years, gaining experience in SEO, Chat Support, and Social Media Marketing. Her skills helped small business owners succeed online.
Carmela began her career here at Epic as a Customer Support Representative in August 2018 and since then, she is proud to work at Epic and always happy to help aspiring students to achieve their dreams.
Outside of work, Carmela enjoys traveling and visiting new places. She has a bucket list that she plans to accomplish before she turns 35, which includes performing in Theatre Arts again.
