Brad Moody, a Raleigh, North Carolina native, has lived throughout the southeastern U.S. He graduated from Winthrop University in 2014 and spent nearly a decade as a high school educator and coach in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas.
Driven by a strong passion for aviation, he earned his private pilot license, instrument rating, commercial single- and multi-engine licenses, and CFI, CFII, and MEI ratings—all within five months. His background in education enhances his effectiveness as a flight instructor, bringing a unique perspective to student success.
At Epic Flight Academy, he supports satellite operations and contributes to the organization’s expansion by helping launch new locations, advancing Epic’s mission to train the next generation of pilots.
