Billie has over 10 years of airline industry experience. She has previously held customer service positions in the reservations call center, at the airport as a ticket counter and gate agent, and in the air as a flight attendant. She has experience as a ground operations supervisor, ground security coordinator, and a corporate trainer responsible for training and compliance records before arriving at Epic.
Billie earned a degree in Aviation Administration and Organizational Leadership from Northern Kentucky University. She returned to school to obtain her Master’s degree in teaching from the University of the Cumberlands. She is a proud supporter of her children who are currently serving in the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Army National Guard. In her free time, she enjoys walks with her dog, spending time with her family, volunteering, and traveling to beach destinations. As Epic’s outreach representative, she is excited to work with students to pursue their passion in the aviation field and achieve their goals of completion of our aircraft mechanic program.
