Benjamin was born and raised in Carrollton, Texas where he began his aviation journey flying out of Addison airport. Benjamin attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Science and a minor in Air Traffic Control with magna cum laude honors. While attending Embry-Riddle, Benjamin was a part of the Ultimate Frisbee Club where they placed third in the Southeast Region. While not flying, Ben enjoys playing almost any sport, and practicing the violin.
