    Hi Kwekhu!

As an international student, the first step is to submit an application to our program. Once accepted and all admission requirements are met, we can assist with the issuance of the appropriate I-20 form for the M-1 student visa process, which will allow you to apply for a visa and travel to the United States for training.

Unfortunately, scholarships and financing are not available for international students at this time. But we do have a section with suggestions to help you secure funding for attending Epic Flight Academy. Please check here: https://epicflightacademy.com/flight-school-financing-international/

    Best of luck!

    Hi!

Certain medical conditions may affect eligibility for an FAA medical certificate, depending on severity and how well they are controlled. Examples can include significant heart conditions, uncontrolled diabetes, epilepsy or seizure disorders, serious psychiatric conditions, and certain vision or hearing impairments that do not meet FAA standards. We recommend consulting an FAA-authorized Aviation Medical Examiner for a proper evaluation of your specific situation.

    Thank you!

    Hi Firaol!

Thank you for your interest in Epic Flight Academy and for sharing your background. We appreciate your passion for aviation and your goal of becoming a professional pilot.

At this time, Epic Flight Academy does not offer scholarships, sponsorships, income-share agreements, or financing programs that allow students to repay training costs after employment. Students are responsible for securing their own funding through personal savings, family support, sponsors, or financial assistance programs available in their home country.

    Thank you!

    Hi!

Thank you for sharing your detailed background and achievements. With your current flight hours and completed FAA knowledge exams, our team will need to review your full training record, logbook, and prior school syllabus to properly evaluate your proficiency, determine credit for completed written exams, and assess where you would re-enter our training program and the expected progression timeline.

Please complete our student transfer form so our Admissions Team can review your experience and provide a tailored assessment of your training pathway and milestones: https://epicflightacademy.com/student-transfer-form/

    Thank you!

    Hi Abdullah!

Total expenses for international flight training can vary depending on your program, housing choice, and personal living expenses. Training costs generally cover tuition and flight training, while additional expenses such as visa fees, housing/bedroom, food, transportation, airline tickets, and personal expenses are typically the student’s responsibility. The recommended total funding to finish a flight training here in USA is around $120,000 to $130,000 depending on your spending habits.

    Thank you!

    Hi!

Thank you for your question. Our Aircraft Mechanic program is not free, and Epic Flight Academy does not provide financing or scholarships for international students. Students are responsible for funding 100% of their training and related expenses through personal savings, family support, sponsorships, or financial assistance available in their home country.

    Thank you!

    Hi!

Accommodation and meals are not included in the tuition, and students are responsible for their own living and food expenses. However, Epic Flight Academy can assist international students with housing. We have housing just 10 minutes away from the New Smyrna Beach campus. Accommodation is $800 per month for a shared room with free transportation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b1tN2_FdLiw

Our Airline Pilot Program for international students takes you through all the training necessary to become a professional pilot under FAA standards. For international students, tuition is $83,866.01, and it takes approximately 7 months to complete the training. https://epicflightacademy.com/international-pilot-pathway/

Consisting of 3 months Private Pilot Course, 2 months of Instrument rating, and 2 months of Commercial Single-Engine & 3 weeks of Commercial Multi-Engine add-on pilot course.

Job is not guaranteed since Epic Flight Academy can only assist student with M-1 visa which does not allow you to work in USA but only to study full-time. Many Epic students from outside of the US will return to their home country to seek employment once they have completed their pilot training at Epic Flight Academy.

    Thank you!

    Hi Zepigz!

Thank you for sharing your story and goals with us. Yes, we do accept international students with zero flying experience, and many of our students begin their training the same way. What matters most is your dedication, motivation, and willingness to learn. Regarding finances, we understand that flight training is a major investment. International students on an M-1 student visa are not permitted to work in the United States during their training, so students are responsible for covering their own training and living expenses. However, many students complete training step-by-step at their own pace and plan their finances carefully before beginning the program.

    Thank you!
