Would like to know about training for IR…

Would like to know about training for IR NR MEL CPL. Currently, holding EASA PPL 45hs. It’s just too expensive that I’m not able to afford it at my current school, that is the reason why I want to move. However, I do understand that I need to convert the EASA license to FAA with those procedures.

Also, Is M-1 VISA student able to work in the epic flight academy? In my background, I have worked airline industry for 8 years and my previous job as a cabin crew in Emirates.
