Epic Flight Academy does not offer sponsorships or airline-linked cadetships, and we train students on a self-funded basis regardless of background. Aviation management or airport operations experience can strengthen your overall profile, but it does not change admission criteria or create preferential airline placement. We provide FAA training only; license conversions and mentorship or alumni networking for cadets are handled independently after training.
