This info is very helpful. Just for clarification, the criteria for LDA offset from the runway is not 6°-12°, it can often be much greater. Straight-in mins apply when the LDA is aligned within 30° of the runway, otherwise no straight-in mins will be published. Additionally, LP approaches requires WAAS however LNAV approaches do not.
