The shared rental is it included in the tuition or its seperate and I am 48 years old changing career. Would that be a problem getting hired because of my age. Also I am only 5 .6 five feet and six inches in height and weighs 150 lbs. Am I too short to become a pilot.

The housing rent is not included in the tuition. At 48, you still meet the age criteria. An individual must be 16 years old to solo an aircraft, 17 years old to obtain a Private Pilot Certificate, 18 years old to obtain a Commercial Pilot Certificate and 23 years old to obtain an Airline Transport Certificate. FAR Part 121 (major airline regulations) require all pilots to retire at the age of 65.
In civil aviation there is not a minimum height requirement to become a pilot; however, some small aircraft cannot accommodate an extremely tall individual.
