Subject: Inquiry About Course Payment, Duration, and Break Options
Dear Epic Flight Academy Admissions Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire about the details of your pilot training programs. Specifically, I would appreciate your guidance on the following:
1. Is it possible to pay the course fee in installments, or is the full payment required upfront?
2. For those aspiring to become commercial pilots, what is the total cost of the program, and how long does the training typically take?
3. Are there options to take a break during the course, for instance, for six months or a year, and then resume training afterward?I look forward to your response and thank you in advance for your assistance.
Best regards,

1. Is it possible to pay the course fee in installments, or is the full payment required upfront?
– We are happy to offer the “pay as you fly” option. You are required to pay at least $10,000 as a down payment before your classes begin. Then, you will start using the funds on your account until you have $1,000 left on your account. Then, you will need to add funds to your account to continue flight training.2. For those aspiring to become commercial pilots, what is the total cost of the program, and how long does the training typically take?
– Our Airline Pilot Program for international students takes you through all the training necessary to become a professional pilot under FAA standards. For international students, tuition is $69,917.00, and it takes approximately 7 months to complete the training. https://epicflightacademy.com/international-pilot-pathway/The program includes Private Pilot Course (3 Months), Instrument Rating (2 Months), Commercial Pilot Single-Engine Course (2 Months) and Commercial Multi-Engine Add On Course (3 weeks). Non-tuition costs like foods and accommodation are not included.
3. Are there options to take a break during the course, for instance, for six months or a year, and then resume training afterward?
– You have the flexibility to take courses on a per-course basis. After completing the first course, you can choose when to proceed to the next one at your preferred month or year.To see if you qualify for this training, kindly complete this prequalification form: https://epicflightacademy.com/prequalification-enrollment/
