Extra large guest room available in a 3/2 pool home starting in July with $950 Month-to-month lease when all rooms are occupied. This room shares a bathroom with another Epic flight student in her 20’s (but we are also looking for an additional tenant for the master bedroom in a separate post as well). Female tenants preferred but we are flexible if it’s the right fit.
