Pls can I be offered admission with paying half of the fees then I will work part time job to add the money for the payment since am from nigeria

Unfortunately, no. You cannot pay half and work part-time to cover the rest of your tuition on an M-1 student visa. The M-1 VISA that you would join Epic under does not allow for working permissions. You would be a full-time student.
Also, U.S. law requires you to show proof of funds for the entire program cost to receive your visa, and the M-1 visa does not allow you to work for wages while enrolled in training.
