Hello Carlos,

You do not need any prior mechanical experience to start. Epic’s A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) program is built for beginners, starting with the absolute basics of tools and safety before moving into complex engines and systems.

To become a trained aircraft mechanic at Epic Flight Academy in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, USA you must:
1) Be 18 years old either prior to starting the program OR by the completion of the program.
2) Speak English proficiently.
3) Completed high school or high school equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC).
