Fully furnished Master bedroom with private bath and walk in closet 1 mile from Epic available in July. $1,200 Month-to-month lease. House is shared with another Epic flight student in her 20’s (but we are looking for an additional tenant for the other guest room in a separate post as well). Female students preferred but we are flexible if it’s a good fit.
