We are an apartment complex and the units at Riverbreeze are 2br/1.5 bath townhouses with outside space and w/d on site. They are 1100 sq ft. I have six (6) units right now that I could accommodate students and I calculated 2 per unit. Depending on their situation, we will have more units very soon and I can go over all options with those interested.
