Looking for a place for my start date in the beginning of September for new Smyrna Beach pilot school.
Hello Dylan- I will have a room available for your September start. The home is less than a mile from the school. Private room with shared bath is $950/ month. Private room with private bath is $1050/month. This is a 3 bedroom home rented exclusively to EPIC students. This includes all utilities, laundry, access to entire house, yard, storage, off street parking, full kitchen and Wi-Fi. I do provide bicycles if you don’t want to bring a car-it’s not necessary. Includes utilities, use of kitchen and patio with 25$ use of hot tub ( cleaning and water charge). Located in a safe community Pelican Cove West, close to beach, grocery store and gas. Quick 15 minutes to Epic. It’s me and my cat. So pretty quiet, $800 a month. No Drama, no overnight guests. Just Peace. Month to month rental, nicely decorated.
