ROOM FOR RENT (In Gated Community) $800/month (Furnished, Private Bathroom and Utilities Included) **Epic Flight Academy Students** I am renting a ROOM out in my new single-family 4 bedroom/2 bath home, located in a small, gated community in Edgewater. It is close to Epic Flight Academy and I have rented to many students. Full house privileges available including a screened lanai. Must be a mature adult, non-smoker, no drugs. I am not sure my last reply went through.
My home is only 15 – 20 minutes from the school, depending on traffic. I have rented a room to many students at EPIC as well as an Instructor. I currently have an EPIC student renting. The room is available for your timeframe of the 1st week of February. If you want to text me, I can send you some pictures and any other information you many need. My number is 904-449-8820.
