Isn’t this a fully funded scholarship? I’m from Guyana,South America. And I don’t have 10,000 USD to start. But I’ve been in the co-pilot seat many times travelling domestically. I love the skies and I know I can become a great pilot if given the opportunity, also I’m willing to work back any years I need too, to repay my scholarship fees. Thank u.
