Is this a fully funded aviation course? Am I qualified for this offer though I am from the Philippines and my family can’t afford to pay the expenses?

Epic Flight Academy does not offer a fully funded aviation course for international students. You would need to fund tuition (~US $70k), living expenses, visa fees, and other costs independently or via third-party funding options.
