Is there a possibility, that I can do the online ground course and then with good grades, that I can be granted a chance for studying flying school there. Upon finishing the course I will work for the company at reasonable time as per agreement to pay for the grant.

Unfortunately, no. That’s not possible for international students since we currently do not have lenders who support them. We don’t have online training either. You’ll have to move here to do the entire training.
