I have a commercial, multi engine pilot’s license, I have not flown in 30 years due to my inability to pass a Class 2 physical. Is there any license I can get to fly just me and my wife?

Great question! Someone in this situation could get a sport license and fly sport aircraft with no medical. Or, they could get their Private Pilot License with a Class 3.
