I am writing to inquire about your pilot training programs and the process for obtaining an ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License). I am planning to come to the United States for the first time and am interested in understanding the details of your training offerings, including pricing, program structure, and any other relevant information.
Could you also please provide information on the required documents and any English proficiency exams needed for admission? Specifically, I would like to know about the necessary paperwork (e.g., passport, academic certificates, medical reports) and if there are specific English language tests (such as TOEFL or IELTS) that I need to complete.

    Hello Lujain,

We can train from zero experience to CPL. Our Airline Pilot Program for international students takes you through all the training necessary to become a professional pilot under FAA standards. For international students, tuition is $69,917.00, and it takes approximately 7 months to complete the training. https://epicflightacademy.com/international-pilot-pathway/

The program includes Private Pilot Course (3 Months), Instrument Rating (2 Months), Commercial Pilot Single-Engine Course (2 Months) or Commercial Multi-Engine Add On Course (3 weeks). Non-tuition costs like foods and accommodation are not included.

To become a trained airline pilot at Epic Flight Academy in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, USA you must:
    1) Be at least 17 years of age
    2) Speak English proficiently
    3) International students must have a valid passport (Passport information: https://epicflightacademy.com/passports/) or two other forms of identification if you are from the USA
    4) Completed high school or secondary education (Grades don’t matter, only that you completed school.)

No English certificates like IELTS are required. We have our own English Test Administrator. Basically you have a video call with our English Test Administrator and they will determine if you are able to understand English well enough to come train here at Epic. You have to be fluent in English both verbally and in writing.

You will need to see an AME first for your medicals. They will be the ones to check if you are eligible to take flight training. You can use this locator to search for the nearest AME in your area. https://www.faa.gov/pilots/amelocator/

To see if you qualify for this training, kindly complete this prequalification form: https://epicflightacademy.com/prequalification-enrollment/

Thank you for using our forum!
