I am a Cameroonian and live in Cameroon. Is it possible for me to have a sponsor or a loan to take care of the training cost then refund when I get a job after training? or can I have admission and a job at the same time to be able to acquire finances for my travel documents from Cameroon to USA and also pay for the training?

Unfortunately, we do not offer scholarships for international students.

Please note that the M-1 visa does not permit students to work while studying in the U.S.
All costs must be covered by you or a personal sponsor (such as a parent or relative).
Epic is a private flight school, and U.S. regulations require international students to prove financial readiness before a student visa can be issued.
