Hello, my name is seth puhar. I am a joining the Epic family soon in october. Im looking to start my instrument training the 10/16. I am also looking for 1-2 roommates while attending Epics Flight school. Right now port orange seems to be the best option. Rent is going to be roughly $1,200 give or take a few hundred dollars. Please let me know if you are interested. Im looking to rent a house there, ideally fully furnished but im open to other options/ideas if you have any. Looking for someone who is as clean, neat, focused and respectful as I am.
