Am I able to attend at 16? can I also fly a helicopter from this license?

Hi!
If you wish to train here at Epic, we require aspiring student pilots to be at least 17yrs old and a high school graduate. An airplane pilot license is only applicable to fly a fixed-wing aircraft.
