This is a little late notice but any help would be appreciated. My lease ends August 31st and I was too focused on my CFI checkride that I forgot about move out date and I do not have a place set up yet. Any help would be appreciated.

Good morning. My son will be attending EPIC Flight Academy starting 9/5. He is transferring from another flight school in Pensacola. We live in Pennsylvania, so you can imagine it is difficult helping him find somewhere from over 1000 miles away. I would love to discuss your opening if it is still available.
Hello- I am looking for a place to live near the Epic in New Smyrna Beach. Ideally I would like to live in an apartment or home with one or more epic students, but have my own room. I don’t need a private restroom. I plan to move in November or December. My budget is $600 to $850.

I have a four bedroom house and two bathrooms. I rent two rooms out to students. I have one student starting in September and I have another room available.
The rent is $800 a month and there is a $400 security deposit.
