1- Requirements to join?
To become a trained airline pilot at Epic Flight Academy in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, USA you must:
1) Be at least 17 years of age
2) Speak English proficiently
3) International students must have a valid passport (Passport information: https://epicflightacademy.com/passports/) or two other forms of identification if you are from the USA
4) Completed high school or secondary education (Grades don’t matter, only that you completed school.)

2- Visa requirements?
There will be an application fee of $775. This includes the processing of your papers and visa documents.

3- Is PTE academic approved and points?
No English certificates like PTE are required. We have our own English Test Administrator. Basically you have a video call with our English Test Administrator and they will determine if you are able to understand English well enough to come train here at Epic. You have to be fluent in English both verbally and in writing.

4- Total fees details with accommodations form zero level to ground school-PPL- CPL-IR-Flight instructor
Our Airline Pilot Program for international students takes you through all the training necessary to become a professional pilot under FAA standards. The program includes the Private Pilot Course (3 months), Instrument Rating (2 months), and Commercial Pilot Course (2 months). Housing costs are not included.

Tuition for your CFI rating costs $11,155 Furthermore, CFII add-on costs $5,860. Finally, the MEI add-on costs $6,488.

5- Will the program allow me for the post graduate visa
You will be traveling with an M1 (study only) visa. It will not allow you to do any work in the United States during your stay.

6- Can I do the medical exam in Saudi Arabia, what is the requirements?
Yes. You will need to see an AME first for your medicals. They will be the ones to check if you are eligible to take flight training. You may locate an AME here: https://www.faa.gov/pilots/amelocator/

7- Is there a chance to get job for international student after graduation?
Hiring is ultimately up to the efforts of the individual. Many Epic students from outside of the US will return to their home country to seek employment once they have completed their pilot training at Epic Flight Academy. Every airline has its own set of hiring requirements, and we encourage our students to review a particular airline’s hiring requirements before applying for a First Officer or Captain position.
